However, Ford has solved this issue with a feature in the Ford Fusion Energi called Active Park Assist. When this feature is turned on it is able to search for an available parking spot and actually park the vehicle for you.
Hybrid Efficiency
The Ford Fusion Energi boasts a fully electric driving mode where the vehicle can be propelled using only an electric motor for about 19 miles. However, when that battery becomes depleted the Ford Fusion Energi functions as a traditional gas-electric hybrid vehicle. It takes advantage of technology such as regenerative braking to capture otherwise lost energy and improve overall efficiency.
