Over 10+ years of Prius ownership, have always had good experiences with Hansel Toyota, and this was no exception. And in this time of coronavirus caution, I was impressed with the staff's careful social distancing. Only two or three customers spread out in the spotless waiting areas.
My car was towed into the dealership on a Saturday for not starting. I place my key in the early bird envelope and hoped that they would contact me Monday. Monday morning I got a text informing me that the were looking over my car and would let me know what they found. And hour later, they let me know that they had diagnosed the problem and the cost involved. I accepted and the told me it would be ready the next day. On Tuesday morning I was told the car was ready. I went down to service department, was greeted warmly, paid, and my car was brought up. Whole thing took 10 minutes. I am totally satisfied.... More
Not sure I would have used "helpful" before this weekend, but David was easy to work with, and Gary in financing made everything very easy. Was a great place to buy a car (not our first with Hansel) and we will definately be using this dealership again.
Ayman went out of his way to make our buying experience a pleasant one. We would certainly return to Hansel when considering buying another car.
Took my Lexus in for routine service and a Check engine/VSC light issue. Brandyn articulated what the technicians would be checking and diagnosing. I was informed how long the work would probably take and I received a call when the work was completed. Brandyn was very polite and professional. She also applied a substantial discount coupon to the final bill. Really impressive!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and welcoming. My service was completed sooner than I expected. Will checked in with me multiple times to see it there was anything I needed and to update me.
Everyone bent over backwards to be helpful, from our first visit with Logan to Ayman bringing the Camry we were interested in to our residence so we could do a test drive. We would highly recommend your Toyota dealer to others.
Hansel Toyota has a friendly, professional, no-pressure sales team. My sales agent Kevin Tong provided great communication on the progress of the sale. Hansel has superior service and customer-oriented staff. I was very worried about buying during the coronavirus scare, but they made it as easy as it could be and didn't make me feel out of place wearing my mask!
Henry Hansel suggested we meet with Ryan Seaman and he provided excellent information and service. He helped us to find a way of dealing with Barbara's LS Lexus which had died and was not derivable. He helped to decide what level of Highlander we needed. Limited, and and any important options we should consider. We chose a Silver with black interior Limited which is very attractive, and he found the car very quickly. He suggested a local bank you deal with and I was able to start all the paper work over the phone and finish at the dealership which was great.
