2005 Prius

I was so impressed with my recent experience at Toyota that I wanted to leave some positive feedback.  I had to bring my car into the Service Department because I had warning lights come on.  A shuttle was to pick me up within 15 minutes but did not show up for over 45 minutes.  Jess Prestidge sincerely apologized (although this was clearly not his fault).  He quickly resolved the issue by giving me a loaner vehicle to take home until my car was fixed, as the shuttle would soon not be making drop offs for the rest of the day.  I was very concerned of the possible repairs needed on my vehicle and the cost.  Within only a few hours, Jess called me to let me know the issue was due to a recall and my car was repaired without charge.  It was great news to hear and Jess seemed enthusiastic as well, making me feel like he cares about the customer and was happy for me.  When I came in to get my car, Jess knew who I was and kindly walked me over to the area where I would check out (rather than just pointing to it) and apologizing again over the mishap with the shuttle.  Jess was extremely polite, professional, and helpful.  He made what could have been a bummer experience a great one!  I don't even care about the shuttle not showing up because of how nice the Toyota staff was.  I don't want to leave out the nice guy who got my paperwork processed and had my car brought up for pick up.  Unfortunately, I can't remember his last name but his first name was Michael.  He was very polite as well and got me out of there without delay.  Thank you Toyota, you have a great team and I hope you will recognize your staff for their excellent hard work.

Pre-owned Toyota Tacoma 4X4

Aspects liked the most: Completely impressed with Hansel Toyota. We went in with very specific requirements for what I wanted (used 4x4 Tacoma). Hans worked hard to make sure we got exactly what I asked for at the price we wanted. He understood we were on a budget and didn't immediately try to up-sell us on a new truck. When we went to sign the loan papers Deborah made to explain that everything we could add was strictly an "option" and none of it was required. When i mentioned my father-in-law is a mechanic, she skipped half the list of options altogether. The entire process was a total breeze, especially considering the BS I'd gone through at other dealerships. Thanks, Hans and Deborah!
