Friendly greeting, professional, ask questions to be sure I have the proper service, explain all of the work, advise how long service will be, offer car service if necessary. Everything was explained and reviewed. Personnel was courteous and professional. Car was parked within a few few of entrance for pick up. Quick car wash which was appreciated...A service that many dealerships have unfortunately forsaken.
